Please reach us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
When we arrive, we’ll start with a quick walkthrough of your home to assess the areas being cleaned. If we notice anything that may affect your original quote — such as excess staining, strong odours, or a larger area than expected — we’ll discuss it with you before we begin.
As we set up, we’ll need access to:
Once the clean is complete, we’ll walk you through the results and point out any stains or wear that couldn’t be fully removed.
Payment is required at the time of your appointment, upon completion of the job.
Located in the Bega Valley, we service areas from Brogo through to Bemboka and Pambula — and everywhere in between!
If you’re a little further outside of our usual area, no problem. Send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

For most homes, every 6–12 months is ideal. Homes with kids, pets, or high foot traffic may benefit from more frequent cleaning.
Drying time depends on the weather, carpet/upholstery type, and airflow. Most short pile carpets, with good conditions dry on average within 4–8 hours. Opening windows or running fans/heaters can speed this up.
Upholstery has a greater variance depending on the material and filling. For example a foam lined couch, with good conditions, may dry within 4-8 hours, while a feather down couch may take between 24-48 hours.
We do our best to remove every stain possible. While most marks and spills come out completely, some older, dyed or set-in stains may be permanent. We’ll always discuss what’s achievable before starting, and walk you through what we couldn't remove after the clean.
We ask that small and fragile items be moved before we arrive. Heavy or bulky items that can't be moved can stay put, we will generally just clean around them.
It depends on the type of furniture.
Items with rubber, natural wood, or plastic bases, and that have enough clearance for airflow, are generally fine to place back while the carpet is drying.
However, furniture with metal or varnished bases, or pieces that sit flat on the carpet without airflow, should only be returned once the carpet and underlay are completely dry.
We recommend waiting 24-48 hours to avoid any potential staining or damage.
Yes — Our process begins with a pre-treatment that breaks down embedded dirt and stains. We then use hot water extraction (often called steam cleaning) to rinse, neutralise, and remove the solution along with all the trapped soil. This deep-cleaning method leaves your carpets hygienically clean, fresh, and safe for the family and pets.
Cleaning times vary depending on the size and condition of your carpets or upholstery. For example, a standard 3-bedroom home with minimal soiling typically takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
Upholstery requires more precision — a 3-seater lounge can generally takes a similar amount of time as a standard home clean.
Not necessarily. We are still happy to clean without someone present as long as we are able to gain entry, access hot water and power points, and contact you if any questions arise.
Please note, payment is required on the day, upon completion. If you won't be home and need to pay in person, please notify us when you book so we can make arrangements.
Steam cleaning (hot water extraction) deep cleans carpet fibres, removing dirt, bacteria, and allergens — giving a longer-lasting, healthier clean. Dry cleaning is quicker but only cleans the surface.
